SET UP YOUR VOICEMAIL
Access the voice messaging system and follow the prompts.
ACCESS YOUR VOICEMAIL
1. Dial your phone number or *333, wait for your recorded message to begin playing, then press *.
2. Follow the prompts (Your default pass code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. You must change your pass code to something other than the last 4 digits of your phone number for security reasons or your voicemail could becoming unusable.)
VOICEMAIL MENU OPTIONS
1. Change Greeting
a. Use system greeting
b. Use personal greeting
c. Create personal greeting
2. Record Name
b. Use recorded name
c. Create recorded name
3. Change Pass Code – follow the prompts
ACCESS VOICEMAIL AWAY FROM HOME
1. Access the voice messaging system. (Dial your phone number, wait for your recorded message to begin playing, then press * and follow the prompts.)
VOICEMAIL TO EMAIL
Receive notification of voicemail messages at your email address (must have valid email address on file with Madison) and it’s included with your Madison voicemail service.
To check voicemail messages from email simply check your inbox for a message from Madison, open the attachment, and listen to your voicemails from anywhere!
How do you know if you have a message waiting?
You will hear a stutter dial tone when you pick up your phone or an indicator light will flash (if available).
