New Customer Promo:
- Who qualifies – This promotion is eligible to anyone in our service area that adds NEW 1 GIG or 300Mb internet to their account. All customers are subject to our Terms of Service on our website.
- Promo Information – A new customer adding our 1 GIG or 3ooMb Internet speed at their address will receive our monthly promotional discount for 1 full year.
- Downgrade or Disconnect of Internet – If the customer downgrades or disconnects their Internet Speed during their 1-year promotional window, the monthly discount will be discontinued.
- Past Due Account Status – All past due accounts must be paid up to current before the monthly promo price will begin.
- Non-Pay Account Status – If the customer is disconnected due to non-pay, the promo price will be discontinued and removed from the customer’s account. In the event of a reconnect, this promotion will not be reinstated.
