What happened to Bally Sports / FanDuel Sports Network Midwest?
Cardinals games were previously broadcast on Bally Sports Midwest (also known as FanDuel Sports Network Midwest, formerly Fox Sports Midwest).
Games are now produced and distributed by Major League Baseball under Cardinals TV.
Who will be calling the games?
Cardinals TV will feature play-by-play announcer Chip Caray, along with analysts Brad Thompson and Mark Sweeney, and reporting from Alexa Datt and Jim Hayes.
What will be on Cardinals TV when games are not airing?
When games are not being broadcast, Cardinals TV may feature pregame and postgame coverage, replays, and other Cardinals or MLB-related programming.
Can I stream Cardinals games through an app?
Yes! If you are a Madison Expanded Advantage TV customer, you can stream Cardinals games through the MLB app at no additional cost. No separate Cardinals.TV subscription needed.

Please note that Cardinals TV games are only available through the MLB app. They cannot be streamed through ESPN or any other streaming app.
How do I connect my Madison TV provider to stream Cardinals games on the MLB app?
Follow these steps to link your Madison account and start streaming:
- From your computer or browser, go to gomadison.com and click on TVEverywhere under the HDTV menu.
- Log in with your Madison TVE username and password.
- Once logged in, select Cardinals TV.
- You will be prompted to log in to your MLB account. Sign in with your MLB.com email and password. If you do not have one, you can create a free account.
- Click “Connect My TV Provider.”
- Search for and select Madison Communications from the provider list.
- Sign in again with your Madison TVE account credentials when prompted.
- You will see the confirmation message: “Congratulations, your Cardinals TV subscription is now active!”
You can now open the MLB app on any supported device and stream Cardinals games.
Do I need a separate Cardinals.TV subscription to stream?
No. If you are a Madison Expanded Advantage TV customer, Cardinals TV is already included in your package. By connecting your Madison TV provider in the MLB app, you can stream games at no additional cost.
I already have an MLB.com account. Do I need to create a new one?
No. You can use your existing MLB.com login. You simply need to link it to your Madison TV provider by following the steps in the question above.
What devices can I use to stream Cardinals games through the MLB app?
Once your Madison TV provider is connected, you can stream Cardinals games on smartphones, tablets, computers, and supported Smart TVs using the MLB app.
What is my Madison TVE (TVEverywhere) username and password?
Your TVE login is separate from your Madison billing account. If you have not set up your TVE account yet or do not remember your credentials, please contact us at 800-422-4848 and our team will be happy to help.
I connected my provider but I am still having trouble streaming. What should I do?
Try the following steps:
- Log out of the MLB app and log back in.
- Make sure you are using the same MLB.com account you used when connecting your provider.
- Confirm your Madison TV package includes the Expanded Advantage lineup.
