New Customer Promo:

• Who qualifies – New INTERNET subscribers signing up with our 1 GIG speed. The NEW 1 GIG Customer will receive $30 off per month for 1 full year. All Madison customers will be subject to our Terms of Service on this webpage.
• Downgrade or disconnecting Internet – This promotion will be discontinued if the customer disconnects internet (but keeps other Premier services) or downgrades their internet speed during the promotional window.
• Past due account status – All past due accounts must be paid up to current before the install is scheduled.
• Non-pay account status – If the customer is disconnected due to non-pay, the 1-year monthly promotion will be discontinued and removed from the customer’s account. In the event of reconnect, this promotion will not be reinstated.
