- Who qualifies – New INTERNET subscribers ONLY adding 300Mb, 500Mb, or 1 GIG speed. All Madison customers will be subject to our Terms of Service on our website.
- Downgrade or Disconnect of Internet – This promotion will be discontinued if the customer disconnects internet (but keeps other Premier services) or downgrades their internet speed.
- Past due account status – All past due accounts must be paid up to current before the install is scheduled.
- Non-pay account status – If the customer is disconnected due to non-pay, this promotion will be discontinued and removed from the customer account. In the event of reconnect, this promotion will not be reinstated.
