WIRE MAINTENANCE
Inside wire maintenance is an optional service offered on a per-house basis that protects against unexpected repair charges in the event of a problem found in your inside telecommunications or coaxial cable wiring, jacks, connectors, and/or digital boxes.

Do you GoMadison for more than one service?
For only $2.00/mo. more, you can have inside wire protection for the whole house!
Multiple-service wire maintenance is available and will cover all of your services for only $8.95/mo.

When does wire maintenance become effective?
Whole house wire maintenance becomes effective the date of your 12-month signed agreement. You may cancel at the end of your contract term by contacting Madison’s business office. If canceled prior to the agreement expiration, an early termination fee equal to the amount of the unpaid contract balance will be owed. Madison may cancel your whole house wire maintenance for non-payment after 60 days.
What are the limits of liability?
Madison is not liable for delays or failures to perform service covered under whole house wire maintenance due to circumstances beyond its control. If Madison fails to properly perform a repair under the terms and conditions of whole house wire maintenance service, a technician will return to correct the problem. Madison is not liable for expenses, losses, or damages caused by mistakes, omissions, interruptions, delays or errors in performance of the service or the failure or malfunctions of your inside wire maintenance.
What about when damages occurs to my home?
If damage to the telecommunications or coaxial cable wire occurs as a result of catastrophic damage to all or a portion of your premise, the repair of the wire will be provided on to the portion of the premise, if any, that is in a condition suitable for immediate occupancy and does not require reconstruction or repair of walls, floors, or other structural features. If the wire repair can’t be completed until after such reconstruction, applicable charges will apply to install new or repair any existing wire.
How will I be notified of changes to wire maintenance service?
Madison may change any of the terms and conditions, or discontinue the inside wire maintenance or increase the price of your plan by notifying you in writing via a message on your bill. Your agreement to these terms and conditions is indicated by your payment of the whole house wire maintenance fee as billed on your Madison statement.
