- This promotion is for NEW and EXISTING CUSTOMERS within our current service areas that are subscribing to 50Mb or 100Mb high speed internet and/or HDTV and/or Voice services. All other services, taxes, fees, Modem/Wireless Gateway leases, and current in progress fiber projects are not included in this promotion. Billing for any of these additional items will begin at the time services are installed.
- All accounts need to be in current status to receive promotional discounts. If your account becomes past due, your services may be interrupted until you make payment to bring your account balance up to current status.
- Credit checks are performed and credit information will be obtained in your account. Madison Communications reserves the right to require a deposit during this promotional period.
- All past due balances must be paid in full on any existing, closed, or in collection status accounts before a service install date will be scheduled.
- Customer may not downgrade or disconnect current Premier services during the first 90 days of the promotion.
- Standard Installation & Labor charges may apply. Customer will be notified before installation if the conditions for additional installation or labor charges exist.
- Offers may not be combined with other promotional offers on the same services. Madison Communications reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without notice. Other credit worthy conditions may apply to all offers.
- Residential internet speeds are best effort service. Internet speed claims represent maximum network service capability speeds and are based on a wired connection directly to gateway w/no other devices connected. Wireless devices are not an accurate means of determining speeds. Actual customer speeds are not guaranteed and may vary based on several factors, some beyond our control.
