- Who qualifies – This promotion is eligible to anyone within our service areas that adds NEW Internet service and is the fastest speed available at their address. All Madison customers will be subject to our Terms of Service.
- Information needed – Customer must provide a current email address to redeem the promotional $200 virtual gift card from either Amazon or Walmart, customer’s choice. The customer will receive this virtual gift card approximately 6 weeks after their installation.
- Downgrade or Disconnect of Internet – The customer must agree to keep the fastest Internet speed available at their address for a minimum of 6 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS in order to receive the promotional gift card. If the customer downgrades their speed or disconnects their internet in the first 6 months, the $200 will be charged back to the customer’s account.
- Past Due Account status – All past due accounts must be paid up to current before the virtual gift card will be sent to the customer
- Non-Pay Account status – If the customer is disconnected due to non-pay in the first 6 weeks, the customer will not receive the virtual gift card.
