New Customer Promo:
- Who qualifies – This promotion is eligible to anyone in our service area that adds NEW 1 GIG or 300Mb internet to their account. All customers are subject to our Terms of Service on our website.
- Information needed – New 1 GIG Customers must provide a current email address to redeem the promotional Amazon E-Gift Card. The customer will receive this virtual gift card approximately 6 weeks after their installation or upgrade is complete.
- Promo Information – A new customer adding our 1 GIG Internet speed at their address will receive our monthly promotional discount for 1 full year. They will also receive a $100 Amazon E-Gift Card. A new customer adding our 300Mb Internet speed at their address will receive our monthly promotional discount for 1 full year.
- Downgrade or Disconnect of Internet – If the customer downgrades or disconnects their Internet Speed during their 1-year promotional window, the monthly discount will be discontinued. The NEW 1 GIG customer will also not receive their Amazon E-Gift Card if they downgrade or disconnect their Internet Speed within the first 6 weeks after their installation or new Internet speed is active. If the customer downgrades their speed or disconnects their internet within the first 6 months, the amount awarded on the gift card be charged back to the customer’s Madison account.
- Past Due Account Status – All past due accounts must be paid up to current before the Amazon E-gift card will be emailed to the customer or the monthly promo price will begin.
- Non-Pay Account Status – If the customer is disconnected due to non-pay, the promo price will be discontinued and removed from the customer’s account. In the event of a reconnect, this promotion will not be reinstated. If the customer is disconnected due to non-pay within the first 6 weeks, the customer will not be eligible to receive the Amazon E-Gift Card.
