- Who qualifies – New INTERNET subscribers adding 1 GIG speed. All customers are subject to our Terms of Service on our website.
- What are the discounts – A customer that adds our 1 GIG Internet Speed will receive a $18.00/mo discount for 12 months with this promotion. This discount will expire on the customer’s account after the 12-month promotional period. If the customer stacks their 1 GIG Internet with our HDTV or Voice, the customer will also receive our standard $12.00/mo stacked discount for a complete savings of $30.00/mo.
- Downgrade or disconnect of internet – This promotion will be discontinued if customer disconnects internet (but keeps other Premier services) or downgrades to any speed below 1 GIG.
- Past due account status – All past due accounts must be paid up to current before the install is scheduled.
- Non-pay account status – If the customer is disconnected due to non-pay, this promotion will be discontinued and removed from the customer account. In the event of reconnect, this promotion will not be reinstated.

BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Who qualifies – This promotion is eligible to anyone in our service area that adds NEW 1 GIG Internet speed or for anyone who UPGRADES their existing speed on their account. All customers are subject to our Terms of Service on our website.
- Information needed – Customer must provide a current email address to redeem the promotional Amazon E-Gift Card. The customer will receive this virtual gift card approximately 6 weeks after their installation or upgrade is complete.
- Downgrade or Disconnect of Internet – If the customer downgrades or disconnects their Internet Speed during the 1 year GIG promo, the monthly discount will be discontinued. The customer will also not receive their Amazon E-Gift Card if they downgrade or disconnect their Internet Speed within the first 6 weeks after their installation or new Internet speed is active.
- Past Due Account Status – All past due accounts must be paid up to current before the Amazon E-gift card will be emailed to the customer or the 1 GIG promo price will begin.
- Non-Pay Account Status – If the customer is disconnected due to non-pay, the 1 GIG promo price will be discontinued and removed from the customer’s account. In the event of a reconnect, this promotion will not be reinstated. If the customer is disconnected due to non-pay within the first 6 weeks, the customer will not be eligible to receive the Amazon E-Gift Card.
