Madison doesn’t just care about making a profit. We care about making a difference!
After all, our employees live and work in our communities, and want them to be the best they can be. We believe taking an interest in our neighbors and supporting our local causes truly sets us apart from the competition.
Through financial donations and volunteer hours, Madison makes a difference in a wide variety of ways. For example, through our “E-cycling” days, we encourage local residents to bring unwanted electronics and small appliances to our facility for recycling. This program keeps dangerous goods from entering our landfills. Another part of our recycling initiative is donating our shredded paper to the Benld Adopt-A-Pet agency for use as animal bedding.
Madison is also deeply committed to local education. We sponsor an annual Teacher of the Year Contest to recognize outstanding educators in our local communities. This contest has put over $12,000 into our local school districts to support classroom projects and enhance student learning. In addition, Madison launched a youth initiative with local high school students to advance youth leadership and technology awareness in the communities we serve.
