Customer Care Specialists are the frontline of Madison Communications, acting as a sales and customer service professional. They handle inbound calls from customers, including new customer sales, upgrading packages, canceling or moving services, and most billing questions. They also perform customer outreach via cold calls and warm leads, driving sales and upgrade opportunities through thorough discovery and positive customer interactions. Proactively researching, selling, and upselling residential packages is a key part of success.
