Our offices will remain open for employees who need to work onsite, but we ask that employees take the necessary preventative measures to help limit the spread of COVID-19, such as social distancing and preventative personal hygiene.  

 

Madison is also taking additional safeguards and implementing new procedures and policies to help protect the health and safety of our workforce.

 

  • Beginning June 8th, our technicians will start entering customer homes again, for installations and trouble calls.  All customers will be required to respond to a COVID questionnaire prior to installation.  At the time of installation, the technician will repeat the questionnaire to ensure the safety of all in the event something has changed.  
  • We’ve cancelled employee attendance at all internal and external conventions, conferences, and events that require travel.
  • We are utilizing conference bridging as our only means of communications for internal meetings.  
  • We have divided up our staff into separate locations throughout our service areas to make social distancing easier and more effective by eliminating multiple people at one location.  
  • We are temporarily limiting the access of our main office in Staunton and closing our lobby to all customer traffic with the exception of appointment only equipment swaps.  This will require all customers to contact 800-422-4848 to schedule an appointment.
  • The lobby will re-open when determined safe by government officials.
