Our offices remain open for employees to work onsite, but we ask that employees take the necessary preventative measures to help limit the spread of COVID-19, such as social distancing, PPE, and preventative personal hygiene.  

Madison is also taking additional safeguards and implementing new procedures and policies to help protect the health and safety of our workforce.

  • During your initial call with Madison, you will be required to respond to a COVID questionnaire before a technician can be scheduled to enter the home for installations and trouble calls.
  • Our technicians will repeat the questionnaire to you at the time of install to ensure the safety of all in the event something has changed.
  • We’ve cancelled employee attendance at all internal and external conventions, conferences, and events that require travel.

  • We are utilizing conference bridging as our only means of communications for internal meetings.  

  • We have divided up our staff into separate locations throughout our service areas to make social distancing easier and more effective by eliminating multiple people at one location. 
  • Our main office lobby on Double Arch Rd in Staunton is open to all customer traffic.

  • Social distancing with a minimum of 6 feet distance and PPE (masks) are required to enter any Madison building.
